Arctic Dialogue 2013: Arctic in a Global Perspective 21 March 2013

Thierry Rodon was invited to present a paper on the paradox of development in Inuit Nunangat at the Arctic Dialogue Conference that was held at the University of Nordland in Bodø, Norway.

The 7th Annual Arctic Dialogue hosted by the High North Center for Business and Governance, Bodø Graduate school of Business (HHB) at the University of Nordland (UiN) in Bodø, Norway; in cooperation with the International Institute of Energy Politics and Diplomacy (MIEP) at MGIMO University in Moscow, Russia, is a unique forum dedicated to issues of resource development in the High North. The Dialogue brings together major Arctic players concerned with Arctic development including Arctic heads of state, major industry leaders, fishing communities, academia, local indigenous and non-indigenous Arctic communities, local politicians and other important stakeholders. The Dialogue fosters discussion to create and increase information sharing between stakeholders in the Arctic and put this information into practice.
