Véronique Tremblay

Véronique Tremblay holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in International Development with a minor in Civil Law from the University of Ottawa. She is currently a Master's student in International Studies - International Development with a thesis, and is interested in the relationship between State and indigenous peoples regarding development. Her thesis focuses on the appropriation of the standard of free, prior and informed consent in Canada and Norway in the context of the Nussir mine extractive projects and the Trans Mountain oil pipeline system.
